"Good at collecting payments, when it comes to make a claim they won't be able to help and they will separate themself from claims dpt like it is a separate business. I put a claim and every time I try to call them sent me to an automated message I cannot get a hold of the adjuster assigned or anybody, when I try to call to this branch for help since I make the payment here they just can provide the claims dpt number and act as if they were another business. when I call to claims I cannot get a hold of anybody, just get to an automated message I call this branch and they are also not able to help, I remember putting car claim in the past and they were more helpful, with a house claim it feels like a scam business, it is frustrating I will update how this ended."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Omar Is the New “Jake from State Farm”! I don’t usually answer random calls — and I DEFINITELY don’t switch insurance over the phone — but I am so glad I picked up when Omar called today. He ended up saving me so much money AND got me even better coverage… including renters insurance… for less than what I was paying before. And with a lower deductible! I’ll be honest, I was nervous at first. I’ve almost been scammed before by someone pretending to be GEICO, so I had my guard all the way up. But Omar was incredibly patient, kind, and totally understood why I was hesitant. He even said he warns his parents all the time about scams — and that alone put me at ease. He walked me through every step, answered every question, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. By the end of the call, I felt completely confident — and genuinely grateful that I decided to hear him out. I never talk to salespeople… EVER. But today I made an exception — and I’m thrilled I did. Omar is officially the new “Jake” of State Farm."
